My brother found this World War II photo of our Dad,
Jim Burris, on the internet machine

Toboga Island, 1943. Jim is in the white uniform group - far right. 
He was a motor machinist mate.

There's going to be a wedding...

Josh and Erin will be married in January 2015 at the 
Chinnis family church in Ravenel, South Carolina!

Josh's Great Grandmother was a founding member
of this church. It was built on the family farm - an
esteemed heritage.

The Loch Williams Heron

     OK, it's really a pond - but the great blue heron 
     is very comfortable here.

     He (she?) is magnificent, with a huge 
     wingspan when taking off in flight.
